Inclusive education, ICT, barriers to learning and participationAbstract
This essay aims to address the advances that inclusive education has developed over time, from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Salamanca Declaration, among others that were carried out internationally, subsequently some reforms to education laws in Mexico, up to the present time, the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda and the existing technological appropriation, which developed during and after the confinement derived from the COVID-19 pandemic. In the same way, current debates in education will be addressed, such as the new educational model called "The New Mexican School", as well as the incorporation of ICTs as auxiliary tools in current educational strategies, the development of community projects and the way in which the learning and teaching process is carried out in children and adolescents who face Barriers to Learning and Participation, thus contributing to and expanding the existing contextual framework regarding inclusion and equity in the country.
