This study investigates the digital divide in learning in the Pablo Mettler Educational Unit, within a rural and intercultural context, its objective was to analyze digital competencies in the educational community and their impact on the integration of educational technologies, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement. The methodology was qualitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional, using interviews and observation to collect data from teachers, the most outstanding findings show that, although most teachers use digital platforms, there are disparities in students' access to technology, which affects the learning process. As a proposal, it is suggested to implement continuous training programs that strengthen the use of digital tools and innovative methodologies, along with public policies that improve equitable access to the internet and technological devices in vulnerable areas, this will reduce the digital divide and improve the technological skills of both students and their families.
