Formación de la competencia psicopedagógica de profesionales para el desarrollo social

Ante las demandas actuales del desarrollo social constituye una necesidad la preparación psicopedagógica de profesionales que se impliquen con una actitud transformadora en procesos de desarrollo humano sostenible. Con esta intencionalidad se gesta un proyecto investigativo que enriquece la concepción de formación psicopedagógica mediante competencias profesionales en gestión del desarrollo social, con su diagnóstico, caracterización y procedimientos de implementación. En función de ello se triangulan teorías y métodos para el estudio que incluye base de datos, elaboración de propuestas de mejora y transformación. Entre los resultados se aporta una Monografía sobre las competencias que contempla la formación psicopedagógica, la caracterización del estado actual de esta formación por competencias según roles profesionales, niveles educacionales, municipios y procedimientos de innovación didáctica de diseño curricular en psicopedagogía para la formación de competencias profesionales en la Disciplina Formación Pedagógica General para carreras Pedagógicas y la Licenciatura en Educación: Pedagogía-Psicología. La pertinencia y viabilidad de los resultados en las relaciones Universidad – sociedad permiten atender de manera novedosa las Metas Educativas 2030, desde su contextualización. Su contenido se transfiere en los programas de formación inicial y permanente de diversos profesionales que se insertan en las estrategias de desarrollo social. Abarca el marco que resuelve incoherencias teóricas con el concepto formación psicopedagógica en diversos profesionales para el desempeño de sus funciones en el desarrollo social.

ABSTRACTGiven the current demands of social development, the psycho-pedagogical preparation of professionals who are involved with a transformative attitude in processes of sustainable human development is a necessity. With this intention, a research project is developed that enriches the conception of psychopedagogical training through professional skills in social development management, with its diagnosis, characterization and implementation procedures. Based on this, theories and methods are triangulated for the study that includes a database, preparation of proposals for improvement and transformation. Among the results, a Monograph is provided on the competences that psychopedagogical training contemplates, the characterization of the current state of this training by competences according to professional roles, educational levels, municipalities and didactic innovation procedures of curricular design in psychopedagogy for the formation of professional competences. in the General Pedagogical Training Discipline for Pedagogical careers and the Bachelor of Education: Pedagogy-Psychology. The relevance and feasibility of the results in University-society relations allow us to address the 2030 Educational Goals in a novel way, from their contextualization. Its content is transferred in the initial and permanent training programs of various professionals who are inserted in social development strategies. It covers the framework that resolves theoretical inconsistencies with the concept of psychopedagogical training in various professionals for the performance of their functions in social development.
