This article presents a comprehensive approach that integrates neuroeducation, meditation, and neurodidactic strategies based on numerical patterns to support grief within educational contexts. Recognizing that grief impacts cognitive functions such as attention, memory, and emotional regulation, the study explores meditative practices that enhance brain plasticity and foster self-regulation. It also proposes didactic tools, including numerical sequences and simple mathematical exercises, to promote internal order and activate reward circuits. Grounded in a personal experience of loss, the pedagogical proposal transforms pain into an opportunity for growth and resilience. The study examines the neuroscientific foundations of grief, the role of meditation in emotional learning, and the design of educational strategies that harmonize scientific insight, spiritual reflection, and affective accompaniment.
