The risk of academic failure, from the students' perspective: the case of a Pharmacy Degree Program

School drop-out is a complex phenomenon which is often approached from the quantitative in this project we tried to give a voice to a group of people who were at risk of being dropped from the Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at the institution where they are enrolled, the data on absences from the Educational Programme were collated by generational cohort, and subsequently interviewed those who met one of the criteria that classified them as at risk of absences, Information was collected on the reasons for which they had been prevented from completing their careers, their family situation, economic situation, relationship with teachers and perception of the educational programme.
