The Bachelor of Educational Sciences degree requires a comprehensive educational approach capable of responding to the changing conditions of the contemporary world, including technological development, advances in communication, and emerging global challenges. In this context, educational innovation plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of professional training by promoting the integration of teaching, research, and university outreach activities. The reflections presented in this study highlight the importance of collaborative decision-making processes and the articulation of diverse forms of knowledge to foster innovative educational practices. A significant outcome of this process has been the consolidation of a pedagogical experience within the Education program that aspires to become a model of good practice transferable to other higher education programs. The objective of this work is to provide a theoretical and methodological foundation for this experience based on both theoretical references and practical implementation. The methodology employed includes analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods, the transition from the abstract to the concrete, and the systematization of practice. The results obtained in key Education programs demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and confirm its contribution to the continuous improvement of university educational processes.
